We created this Organic wine in honour of Nature. With minimum human intervention we hoped to express is one wine all of Alentejo. Aromarically fine but yet exuberant and seductive. Blackberry and plum aromas stand out revealing a mature but yet tasty wine. In the mouth it expresses volume, structure and intensity with a long and persistent finish.
Vinification
The grapes are transported at very low temperatures to preserve their quality. In the winery the grapes enter in the fermentation tank “vinimatics” mantaining the temperature at 8º to make pre-fermentation maceration. After the temperature rises gently to make a long fermentation and preserve the aromas of nature.
